As an Aberdeen wedding videographer, I’m lucky enough to capture weddings in some of the most beautiful venues across Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire, and the North East of Scotland. Lucy and Angus’s big day was one of those unforgettable ones — a perfect mix of tradition, style, and a little bit of family chaos (the good kind!).

They said their vows at the stunning St Machar’s Cathedral in Aberdeen, with its historic stonework and incredible stained-glass windows that make every wedding film feel cinematic. After the ceremony, everyone headed to The Marcliffe Hotel, one of the best-loved wedding venues in the North East, for a reception full of laughter, good food, and some brilliant dance moves.

But while Lucy looked amazing and Angus was looking sharp, their daughter Arabella completely stole the spotlight. From cheeky grins in the cathedral to twirling on the dancefloor, she had everyone in stitches — and totally stole the show in their wedding video too.
