Filming the wedding of Trudy and Andrew at the breathtaking Drumtochty Castle in autumn was a genuine honour. The surrounding woodland was alive with stunning colours—rich golds, deep reds, and warm ambers—which created the perfect backdrop for such a heartfelt celebration. As a wedding videographer in Scotland, it’s moments like these that remind me why I do what I do. From their cheeky Hinge beginnings (much to Trudy’s initial dismay!) to standing side by side on their wedding day, their journey has been full of love, patience, and quiet resilience. Trudy helped Andrew through one of the most difficult chapters of his life, and throughout it all, they kept saying, “We’ll get there.” On this unforgettable day, surrounded by family, friends, and the beauty of autumn, they finally could say—We Got There.
